This page is dedicated to those into Wicca or as commonly known as...The Craft.
Are you tired of people that DO NOT UNDERSTAND what Wicca or the craft is all about?

Do people, like christians, consider you a child killing Devil worshipper?

Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, and Spirit...what does this all mean...?

Do you seek the path to life and power...?

In their attempts to dissociate themselves from Satanism, Wiccans have tended to distort their own history. Wicca and Satanism are indeed very distinct religious categories. But there are some intimate historical ties between the two, as even some Wiccan scholars are finally starting to admit. See, for example, Aidan Kelly's book Crafting the Art of Magic (pp.21-22, 25-26, and 176).

Wicca is not "the Old Religion", though it does draw inspiration from various old religions. Wicca as we now know it is derived from 19th-century occult philosophy -- including literary Satanic philosophy, among others -- projected onto a non-Christian Goddess and God, plus some de-Christianized Golden Dawn style ceremonial magick, plus assorted turn-of-the-century British folklore, more recently re-shaped by neo-Pagan scholarship and by modern feminist and ecological concerns. At least several different sides of Wicca's convoluted family tree can be traced to 19th-century literary Satanism, some forms of which had more in common with present-day Wicca than with present-day Satanism.

The prime example of literary Satanism that strongly influenced Wicca, especially feminist Wicca, is the book La Sorciere by the 19th-century French historian Jules Michelet (published in English by Citadel Press under the title Satanism and Witchcraft). Michelet's ideas, as paraphrased by feminist writers such as Barbara Ehrenreich and Deirdre English in their booklet Witches, Midwives, and Nurses: A History of Women Healers (Feminist Press, 1973), have played an important role today's women's health movement. (At least Ehrenreich and English were honest enough to list Michelet in their bibliography.) See especially Michelet's introduction. Michelet was, as far as I know, the literary origin of today's feminist image of the Witch as a healer. Among other things, he theorized that the witchhunts were used by the emerging male medical profession to wipe out their peasant female competition.

According to Jeffrey B. Russell in A History of Witchcraft, pre-feminist classical Wicca also drew lots of inspiration indirectly from Michelet. Michelet was a major source of inspiration to Margaret Murray, Charles G. Leland, and Sir James Frazer, whom most knowledgeable Wiccans do recognize as influential. (Russell points this out, yet neglects to inform the reader that Michelet's book is full of passionate, sympathetic depictions of Satan as well as of the medieval witches. Russell too perpetuates the false counter-myth that Wicca Has Nothing To Do With Satanism.)

I'll leave it to the scholarly folks to debate just how indebted Murray and Leland were to Michelet. In any case, the Italian witch mythology Leland presented in Aradia: Gospel of the Witches (originally published 1899), one of Wicca's major sources, contains some diabolical-witchcraft elements.

The very first paragraph reads:

Diana greatly loved her brother Lucifer, the god of the Sun and of the Moon, the god of Light, who was so proud of his beauty, and who for his pride was driven from Paradise.

Most Wiccans don't even know they are worshipping Goddess Diana Lucifera, this goes to show how much research they have put into there belief system. Wiccans usually argue that "Lucifer" is not SATAN but is just "the god of the Sun and of the Moon". If that's the case then Aliester Crowley (The Beast) was worshipping the same god also. The Egyptian sky god HORUS represented the Sun and Moon. I hope you see a pattern here on how creative Satan can be when he hides himself behind many names. The statement that Lucifer was "driven from Paradise" for his "pride" is clearly a reference of the Bible's (ISAIAH 14:12) and (Ezekiel 28:15-17).

ISA 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
EZE 28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
EZE 28:17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground..

Obviously Lucifer has been booted from Heaven, Lu·ci·fer meaning "light-bringer" explains this verse written by the Apostle Paul in (CO2 11:14).

CO2 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an ANGEL OF LIGHT.

Satan after being blasted out of Heaven apparently is still able to transform into his shining self when he wants to. That's why many things that look like they are harmless are very much a hazard to your salvation. If Lucifer can disguise himself in something that looks innocent he can destroy you. WICCA is a perfect example of such an attempt to hurt the Living GOD by tricking more of his sheep into destruction. Lucifer still has some bad feelings about being forcefully evicted from Heaven and this is an act of his revenge. He was created in Heaven and was created perfect by the Living God. Until he started to think he could be like the Living GOD. This was his biggest mistake.

Here in (ISAIAH 14:13-15) Satan shows his pride again and pledges his oath that even though he was booted out of Heaven that he will still ascend into Heaven and exalt the throne of Living GOD. Kind of like watching a fight on TV and you see a Boxer get knocked out and fall down so hard that you kinda are saying to yourself "stay down" but his pride is so great he would rather get hit again and suffer possible death. This is already predicted to happen to Satan he will get the final blow to the head very soon.

ISA 14:13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
ISA 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
ISA 14:15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Besides Murray, Leland, and other writers on witchcraft, another of Wicca's main sources is Aleister Crowley. Many knowledgeable Wiccans (e.g. the Farrars and Doreen Valiente) do realize that Gardner's rituals were heavily based on Crowley's rituals, though they tend to overstate the "Crowley was not a Satanist" disclaimer.

Crowley was into Satanic symbolism, in addition to the zillion other things he was into. In some defensive neo-Pagan writings (e.g. the Church of All Worlds booklet "Witchcraft, Satanism, and Occult Crime: Who's Who and What's What"), it is claimed that Crowley was neither a Satanist nor a Pagan but was just into Judaeo-Christian ceremonial magick. In fact, Crowley was very eclectic. Even Golden Dawn ceremonial magick included not only Qabalah and the medieval Christian grimoires, but also Egyptian deities, Greek deities, and Yoga. Crowley emphasized the Egyptian elements, downplayed the Christian elements, and added plenty of other things to the mix, including Satanic imagery galore (such as his invocation of Satan in Liber Samekh, not to mention his constant references to himself as "the Beast 666"). Some will insist that Crowley's Satanic symbolism was merely a joke; but Crowley's attitudes were well within the 19th-century Satanic literary tradition. (In most of the more sophisticated forms of Satanism, the name "Satan" is understood in an ironic sense.) Others will explain that most of Crowley's Satanic symbolism can be re-interpreted in Pagan terms, but this too is true of many forms of Satanism.

Famous Quotes From Wiccans

We are not evil.. We are NOT Satanists!..We don't harm or seduce people. We don't kill baby's.. We are not dangerous. We are ordinary people like you. We have families, jobs, hopes, and dreams. We are not a cult. This religion is not a joke. We are not what you think we are from looking at T.V. We are real. We laugh, we cry. We are serious. We have a sense of humor. You don't have to be afraid of us. We don't want to convert you. And please don't try to convert us. Just give us the same right we give you--to live in peace. We are much more similar to you than you think." Margot Adler

You also have something in common will each other.. You are in serious danger of hellfire! Oh I forgot "We don't believe in HELL so we can't go there.." I don't believe in paying taxes but I seem to be doing it anyway.. Not believing in HELL will not prevent you from HELL. You are presently failing the biggest test of your life the test itself is called LIFE.

A LETTER TO WITCHES
By Dr. Robert A. Morey
The following is a letter that Dr. Morey has written to teenage witches
that he thought you might like to share with others.
I see from the pentagram you wear and all your magical charms that you believe in the power of magic. Perhaps you have attended a Wiccan gathering or you have participated in some magic rituals. I don't know.

But so many questions fill my mind. Have you "drawn down the moon" yet? Have you ever felt a power come upon you? Do you worship a par- ticular goddess? Have you been initiated? Do you have a Wiccan name? Have you gone skyclading? Are you in the outer or inner circle? Have you used blood in your rituals? Have you ever called forth a familiar spirit?

The reason I am writing you is that I have studied the occult for thirty years and I have come to certain conclusions.

Now, I know that you will disagree with some of my conclusions because we have traveled different paths. But I have added the benefit of the testimonies of those who used magic in the highest levels possible such as the Golden Dawn and the O.T.O. and then have come to faith in Christ and now have renounced magic.

All I ask is that you have an open mind and give serious attention to the things I now bring up. Remember an unexamined faith is a worthless faith.

I. The fact that magic does not work.

After all the talk about the "power" that people can get from magic, I have never known a more powerless group of people.

Many of those who use magic are sick all the time. They go through multiple marriages. They have money problems. Their cars get flat tires. They get their share of flus and colds.

Even more seriously, they cannot beat their own drug or sex addiction. They are usually in bondage and totally powerless to change their life for the better.

If magic really worked, they would never be sick. They would win every horse race in town! They would own Wall Street by now! They would be able to maintain a successful marriage.

But the fact is, you waste a lot of money and time on magic and are no better off. In fact, you will end up worse off.

If magic worked, witches would be picking up the winning lottery numbers every week. But the fact is that when the "rubber meets the road" magic simply does not work.

II. Their lame duck excuses as to why they are sick or why they can't keep their marriage together or why they aren't rich, are weak and feeble.

One psychic "healer" (a relative of mine) is sick all the time. Her husband is dying of cancer! When she boasted to me of her magical powers, I confronted her with the rather obvious fact that her magic did not work for her or her ex-husband. She replied that her magic will not work for herself.

But who says that you cannot heal yourself by magic? Where is it written down? And who says that your husband or wife cannot use magic to heal you? If her magic cannot help herself or her husband, then what good is it?

I could not help but point out that she was always crying about money problems. What use is her magic if it cannot make her rich?

III. A magical world view is internally contradictory and hypocritical.

A. To say, "there are no moral absolutes" is to give an absolute.

B. To say, "Do what thou wilt, this is the whole of the law" has been used to justify everything from black magic to human sacrifice. If there are no standards, then on what grounds can they condemn child abuse, Hitler, murder, etc.? They can't.

C. To say, "everything is relative" and "there is no evil," and then to turn around and say that Christianity is "evil" is contradictory.

D. To say, "Everyone has the right to believe what they want" and then condemn Christians for what they believe is contra- dictory.

E. To say, "Do what thou wilt" and then tell Christians NOT to do what they wilt is hypocritical.

F. To say, "that it is wrong to judge/condemn others," and then to judge/condemn Christians is contradictory.

IV. A magical view of life does not correspond to reality.

A. No magic is going to make you thin if you do not stop eating. No magic will make you rich if you do not get up and go to work.

B. The claim of modern witches that they are reviving pre- Christian paganism is not true historically. The rituals and beliefs of modern day magic are of recent origin.

C. My brother in law who is in the occult told me he was going to use magic to get himself a parking space in N.Y.C. I in turn told him that I would ask Jesus to get me a space. He drove around for four hours before finding a place while I found one immediately and did not have to go around the block even once! His magic was not even good enough to find him a parking space!

D. A magical view of life is a cop out and it breeds irresponsibility . Instead of taking responsibility for their life, those who use magic always blame "bad luck" or claim that someone is using black magic against them. The truth is that YOU are responsible for the choices you make in life - not magic.

E. It attracts people with mental problems. Sad but true. I have seen this many, many times. The State Mental Hospitals are filled with people who were users of magic. It appeals to people with those kind of people.

F. They live in constant fear of the powers they draw down. Hence they need the occult protection of the circles, towers, shields, charms, etc.. What a terrible religion of fear!

G. If you depend upon trinkets such as pentagrams to protect you, you do not have any real power. To think that a stupid piece of metal or glass is going to protect you from a demon you summon is absurd.

H. The lust for blood is evil. It has led to horrible crimes. Killing animals and people for their "energy" is wicked as well as criminal.

I. Sex magic is filthy and gross beyond words and involves child abuse, bestiality, sodomy, etc. You will never have a normal satisfying sex life once you debase yourself in sex magic.

J. Magic is for losers.

The greatest magicians always end up broke, alone, and miserable. Check to see what happened to people like Crowley. They were all losers.

Whenever a true Christian challenges them, the magicians always lose.

I have challenged occultist to take their best shot and they always failed. On one occasion, a coven sent demons to kill me but I didn't even get a headache!

K. While there is a lot of hate and lust in magic, there is no love. If you leave or reveal the secrets, they will try to kill you.

I helped to move a girl from Philadelphia to Florida to escape her former occult friends. If they really loved her, why did they try to kill her? If she wanted to leave the group, why did they object to her doing what she wilt?

L. There is no forgiveness, comfort or salvation in magic. It has no Savior or God who loves and cares for you.

The occult is lonely, sad, cold and sterile.

M. The Bible says that true power behind the magical arts is satanic. Those who deny this are dupes of the devil.

These are just a few things that came to mind as I thought about what I have seen in thirty years of research in the occult.

The Lord Jesus Christ has broken the power of magic and has brought life, love and immortality to light through the Gospel. Jesus is Victor!

The occult has nothing to offer that compares with the love of Jesus. Turn to Him in repentance. Renounce your witchcraft and the works of the devil. Burn your magic books and mash your altars. Turn or burn. Repent or perish! Jesus is the answer. John 3:36.

Testimony of Valerie, a Wiccan:

EARLY CHILDHOOD - SETTING THE STAGE

My story really begins in 1971, when I went into Kindergarten. I was four, going on five in November of that year. The occult was in vogue.

My television diet consisted of shows like Bewitched,I Dream of Jeannie,Scooby Doo,The Phunky Phantom,Sabrina the Teenage Witch and others like it...cartoons aimed at children, which presented the occult as attractive, sugarcoated, desirable. Rather than presenting the occult as a real, spiritual path, it was presented as the stuff of childrens fantasies. I also ate up thrillers like Saturday mornings Creature Feature-- whenever the program featured the supernatural, I tuned in. In the book stores at that time, astrology and witchcraft dominated the shelves. Linda Goodmans Sun Signs and other such books were abundant. For some reason, in my house, we had The Encyclopedia of Witchcraft and Demonology. Even at four years old, I was able to read and understand most of the entries, and I was fascinated by the pictures. I remember especially being attracted to a picture of Azaroth and Baphomet. The Cowsills were on the radio singing The Age of Aquarius, and the occult was an accepted lifestyle; it was cool to be into this stuff. I had no reason to be afraid, even at four.

Parker Brothers sold a small game in toys stores across America called the Ouija board at the time, a divination tool with which one could speak with spirits- be they your departed Uncle Bruce, or Abraham Lincoln. Surely, it is playing with fire....even pagans warn against playing around with the Ouija board.

THE HALLOWEEN PARTY

While I was still four, I went to a Kindergarten classmates Halloween party where the ouija board was among the fun things to do.

While the party was ending, and the children were being picked up by their parents, there remained at the party four children: me, my friend Cynthia, and two other boys. Having already bobbed for apples, showed off our costumes, and eaten half of our trick or treats, Cynthia brought out the Ouija board!

It was sleek, and interesting.....how wonderful! Imagine being able to speak to spirits! (By the way, Ouija means "Yes! Yes! in French and German---what are we saying Yes to?) Of course, now Christians have something similar called an Angel Board. How sad that Christians are embracing the ouija board cloaked as an angel.

Here is how old I was
when I used the ouija board
for the first time.

The board worked --it does work-- and to our amazement, it contacted a spirit which called itself St. Paul. I was brought up Catholic...I had prayed to St. Paul before...and now St. Paul was talking back! It gained our trust immediately! Strangely enough, it only answered questions that I asked. This ticked off my three compadres, and one of them angrily asked the board, How come you only answer Valerie? The board spelled out the word PSYCHIC. I had no idea what that was, but the seed had been planted, and Mom was outside blowing her horn, so I left.

THE SPIRIT GUIDES

Along with the goodie bag from the party, I brought home three spirit guides called Patti, Jane and Maureen. They took the form of three older girls, about the age of my older sister, who is ten years my senior. I admired them. We fought, and made up, laughed and cried together...they became inseparable from me. I was very dependent on them.

MY SISTER....A WITCH?

I also brought home an ailment: seizures. I began to have what are called absence seizures on an almost daily basis. Most people mistook it for daydreaming.

Around this same time, my sister began to do what big sisters do to little sisters...she began to tease me. She began to tell me that she was a witch. She spun tales about meetings of witches, and how she would be taken from her bed against her will at night to attend these meetings...and I believed her. Every word, I believed. And it encouraged me to go a little deeper into what I was already immersed in. My sister, by the way, is a member of Gods family now, redeemed and a new creation. God and I both have forgiven her for the teasing. =)

I told other kids in grammar school that I was a witch. My father would hear me speaking in my room to people he could not see...and no one ever thought to investigate. Parents, if your kids have imaginary playmates, look into it. It is not always imaginary. I do not want to alarm you, but part of the deception is to get the kids involved in something the adults donot think twice about.

Patti, Jane and Maureen claimed to be protectors for me, although many, many times I was left to get hurt. An uncles incestuous advances. Classmates physical beatings and verbal assaults. A brothers pornographic library took away my innocence, and helped fuel my experimentation with homosexual acts - all before the 6th grade! Satan never protects. Satan always takes great joy in our wounds.

FAMILY HISTORY: MOMS FAMILY

My mothers stepmother was always referred to, in our family, as the witch. I had always assumed it was a substitutionary euphemism for a similar sounding name... but she was into voodoo and spiritism, and was responsible for the death of my grandfather, long before I was born. My grandfather believed the talk of voodoo and spirits that would kill him if moms stepmother did not. My grandfather, who had been a child abuser throughout his life, was now being spiritually abused in his old age. His new, young wife held his belief in the occult over his head, and his life of abusive and his dabbling in the occult brought upon himself and the third and fourth generations of his family demonic strongholds, as the Bible says:
Ex 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me.
The Word of God is accurate. My grandfather and his wife brought their sins onto us. I experienced the full brunt of the spiritual deception which they wallowed in. Up till now, my life had been a training ground. Now the stage was set, and Act Two began.

MOMS DEATH: THE PASSING ON OF DEMONS One day in February 1981, I stayed home from school. I had plans to go out that day, and I came downstairs at 9 in the morning to talk to Mom about where I planned to go. I could not find Mom that day. I looked in the basement. I looked upstairs. I looked in the living room. I walked through the kitchen, passing her half-empty cup of coffee on the table, and stood in front of the bathroom.

I called to her, Mom! There was no answer. I went to open the bathroom door, and it was locked. I got a nail file, and unlocked it, and could only open it halfway...Mom was lying in front of the door. She had a heart attack. I shoved the door open, and saw the signs of a struggle. She had locked herself in the bathroom so that I could not see her. Her head hug behind the toilet, and when I grabbed her arm and pulled her up, her face was blue. I dropped her.

After I dialed 911, I shouted to her, over and over, Mom, do not die! Please, do not die! while I ran across the driveway to my neighbors house. I was only 14 -- how could I handle this, my guides asked. They pressed, Why is God doing this to me? Why was I home when this was happening? God seemed distant, but not my guides. I did nott need to call for them -- they were there, looking frightened along with me.

When I got to my neighbors house, there was a nurse there, who took care of his aging mother. She was drunk. I pulled her across the driveway and into my house, despite her objections. She yelled at me to help her get Mom up and into the kitchen, but I had phone calls to make. My brother, my sister, my father. I was the one who told them Mom was dying. Or maybe even dead.

EMS got there, and they worked on her. They got her breathing, and got her outside to the front steps, and she stopped again. They resuscitated her, and put her in the ambulance, bringing her to the hospital. When we got there, it was too late. My guides gave me strength. I had even brough a pair of rosary beads from the house for good luck.

Even though I was a practicing witch at this time, I considered myself a Christian witch (an oxymoron, like Jumbo Shrimp...it just can't be). I grew up in a Catholic family, and I believed that Jesus was the Son of God, and knew the phrase Jesus died for your sins, although I did not fully understand what it meant. I considered my guides, my power, to come from Jesus. Never once did I assume I had tapped into something evil.

Satan does not appear in a puff of red smoke with a pitchfork, hooves, horns and fire. If you saw him for what he is, you could easily reject him. He appears as a seduction. As a likable entity. As a good person. Satan is a sociopath. He is the charming killer -- the Bible says he appears as an angel of light.

2Co 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
After my mother had died, and life returned to what could be considered normal, I reaped the fruit of my maternal grandfathers immersion into voodoo. After nine years of suffering with daydreaming spells and fainting spells, I was finally diagnosed as idiopathic epileptic: Epilepsy with no known cause. My seizures began happening more frequently, and they were no longer absence seizures...they were generalized seizures, seizures where you collapse and convulse.

THE STUDIES INTENSIFY - COLLEGE

And my study of witchcraft and divination got more intense.
Junior year college, with the ring
that was "too small
for a flaw" prominently
displayed.

I entered college, and my guides did their job in swaying all my decisions for the worse.

My second month in college, I met a sleazy guy I will call Keith, he made Jack Nicholson look like a boyscout. The first time I saw him at a drama club meeting. His dark glasses barely covered up the fact that he was stoned. He was into fantasy role playing games, pornography, and drugs. The guides assured me that this was the guy for me. Within my freshman year, we were engaged to be married after my graduation. This pretty much sequestered me to Keith and Keiths circle of friends, who were a lot like Keith.

I began to study tarot cards. I told fortunes for many people, both their past and their future. I had many people who swore by my readings. I interpreted dreams for others, and gave advice as only an occultist can. I was sought after, I was offered money for readings, I got many hooked on the power that comes with occultism.

Up till college, you could have called me a natural adept,a witch who has no formal training, who has been picked by the spirits to bestow gifts upon. But once in college, I came under the tutelage of another white witch, a friend of Keiths, surprisingly, who also considered her powers gifts from Jesus Christ. I learned how to communicate more effectively with each guide I had. I learned how to utilize the ouija board more skillfully. More guides were added to my spiritual address book. I channeled a demon for the first time.

Does it strike you incredible that no one in my family ever knew about this?

Ask any member of my family. They will tell you they had no idea. I'll be glad to pass on a message for you. =)

SEIZURES SEIZURES SEIZURES

Throughout college, my seizures got progressively worse. Their frequency increased. My medication was upped and upped until I was toxic; I looked off balance all of the time. My guides assured me that it was their help that got me to drive each day to college without an accident. I also had auras, forewarnings of oncoming seizures. With these warnings, which my guides also took credit for, I was able to remove myself from a dangerous surrounding and put myself in a safe place, where I would be able to have my seizure without getting too hurt.

Keith graduated college in my Junior year, and moved back home, 2 hours away from me, in order to start saving for our wedding. It was then that I found myself alone at school. My guides were always there, but after seizures, they were quiet, and not helpful. I was alone. There was a quietness when I would come out of a seizure that is impossible to explain unless you are epileptic. It is like you are coming to after having been beaten unconscious by criminals. There is a fear there that blankets you when you wake up. It's a smothering.

During college, the school nurse, an epileptic herself, would pick up the pieces of Valerie, or Keith would, if he was not in class. But now, I was vulnerable.

I had a friend, however...

Stephen was a seminary student studing for the Roman Catholic priesthood during our college days. To me, he was always a flirtatious Priest in Training, a Father What-A-Waste. To him, I was the slightly loopy Valerie, who had odd ideas about religion. He became my Cavalry.

Whenever I had seizures, BAM! Stephen was there. He was there to drag me to the nurse, or drag me to the comfy hangout at the college, or drive me home, and we grew to be good friends. And for the first time since I entered college, I began to realize there was more to life than Keith!

I dropped Keith once I realized that I loved Stephen, and gave him back the ring that my father would describe as and our relationship began. And the spiritual sides of our lives clashed, and clashed and clashed!

CATHOLICISM VS. WITCHCRAFT

We would argue about how one would get forgiven of sins, why he was so hooked on Mary, what under the sun a scapular was...and both of us thought that we were serving Jesus! And both of us were dead wrong!

Anyway, one day, I brought Stephen home, and he got a chance to look at my bookcases. I believe you can tell a lot about a person by the books in their bookcases. My bookcases were filled with expensive texts on witchcraft, decorated with amulets and stacked with decks of tarot cards. Stephen got worried!

Valerie, he begged me, please go back to church! And I thought, Ugh. I do not wanna! But I wanted to make points with Stephen, and so I promised him that I would go. Even though I knew I had a superior relationship with Jesus, I decided to go to mass, as a show of love for him.

MASS APPEAL

I am a short person, as you can see, and in any kind of a presentation thing, if I cannot see the stage or the altar or whatever is in the front of the room, I will nod off.

So, I would go to the front and watch the priests do their thing in their long vestments, perform what I considered an incantation over wine and bread, working a spell that would command God down from His heaven and turn the elements into the body, blood and divinity of Jesus Christ. Well, while that was cool, witchy like stuff, I still was bored stiff.

Finally, I told Stephen that if I attended one more mass, I would turn into a pillar of salt, very bored salt. He said to me, Come with me to my church, Valerie, it is a Charismatic Catholic church.

Well, I will try anything once, I figured, and went the next Sunday, along with Stephen.

It is a good thing I went with Stephen, because if I had not have run in the other direction the moment I stepped through the doors.

I had never seen praise before, certainly not the open praise of these people! Their arms were raised, and their voices were loud, and it seemed chaotic. It was scary. I asked Stephen, What are they doing? He replied, Thats okay, they are just praising God. I thought, Yeah, right... and kept going, up to the front.

SALVATION

As I knelt in the front of that church, Stephen beside me, routinely going through his prayers, the others around me shouting and jumping pews, I was all alone with God. I felt like I was trespassing in the courtyard of the King. I felt dirty. I felt ashamed. I felt like I wanted to hide. I imagine I felt kind of like Adam felt when he hid from God in Eden, after having found out how sin separated one from God.

I began to sob. Great, loud, embarrassing sobs that almost rivaled the shouts of joy that surrounded me. The mass was beginning, but I was still in the courtyard of the King, and now, it seemed like I was directly in front of Him, at His feet. I was aware, for the first time, of the holiness of God. I was aware, for the first time, that Id been duped by a counterfeit Jesus. I was aware that I had sinned so profoundly, I had no right to be forgiven. It was not owed me. I knew my destiny. I knew where I stood with God.

And I realized, I needed to ask forgiveness.

Halfway into the mass, still alone with God, I inwardly heard His voice for the first time. Clearly, unmistakably, He said, You change now, or you will stand condemned.

Still sobbing a half hour into the mass, I choked on my confession, Jesus, I am so sorry! I repeated it over and over, knowing that my sins were so many, I could never list them all. All I knew was that, by my actions, I had separated myself from God for 20 years. Finally, I asked Him, Please, Lord, forgive me! and I meant it!

With that admission of guilt, I felt the cleansing of God. I felt Him remove my sins from me.

Ps 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
I felt myself become a new creation! And suddenly, where I stood with God changed! I was beloved! I was now Valerie, Child of God! And my sobs of anguish turned to sobs of joy! I sobbed till the end of mass, confusing those around me, and that included Stephen. I had knelt in the presence of God for the whole mass...God had chosen that place and time to reach me. Did He do it because I was in a Catholic church? No, He did it despite my circumstances or surroundings.

We left mass and I went home with Stephen and got out a garbage bag...and everything went into the bag. Rock records, witchcraft books and trinkets, clothing that was inappropriate .....everything that did not glorify God went into that bag, and I did not have to think about it -- it was instinctive! It was like the Holy Ghost Housecleaner paid a visit, and took out all the dirt!

I did not know what it was called, but I was born again on that day in 1988. I became a Super Catholic myself, since I was saved in a Catholic Church. After a year of being there and reading the Bible through and through, I found that I yearned for a church that taught only the Bible, and not the Bible and tradition, or anything else. We searched for, and found, a full gospel church. Stephen and I got married in 1989. In 1990, Stephen was born again, while attending my deliverance from the guides that were still sticking around trying to regain lost ground. God did so much -- fixed so much -- in my life!

My seizures, which had been occurring non-stop since 5 years old, came to an abrupt stop in 1990 at my deliverance. God gave me a respite -- He drove out the demons that exacerbated my epilepsy, and I stopped my medication cold turkey. I had no seizures for 4 years. After 4 years, He allowed the natural pattern of seizures to restart. My faith had grown so that having the seizures would not cause me to get shipwrecked with doubt and disbelief; I had to trust God, who certainly knew what He was doing. Now, any physical ailments I have, and I have a couple chronic thorns in the flesh, I know He is allowing for a purpose.

2Co 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
In other words, I would rather have my seizures and my other thorns in the flesh, because it is when He does great things in my life DESPITE these things that He is glorified more...there is no alternative....God has to be the one working because I CANNOT! What a faith builder is this! To be allowed to serve God with a built in proof -- God does it, God lives in me, God is the One doing it, God is in control!

And now, when you see me, you see a product in the works...a jar of clay still being formed by the hands of the Master. I would not be finished until He returns for us, or if my days end before then, I will be complete when I see Him as He is...because I will be like Him!

1Jo 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
Allow me to end with this parable of sorts.

A boyscout, a minister, and the smartest man in the world hired a pilot to fly them from New York to California. Suddenly, one engine goes out. Then another. Then another. Then another.

The cockpit door bursts open and the pilot throws two parachutes on the floor.

There s only three parachutes on this plane, and I am taking one of them! and out the door he goes!

The other three look at each other for a moment, and the smartest man in the world picks up another parachute.

The world can not live without my brain; I have helped heads of countries solve problems, I have gotten nations through crises, I can offer far more to the word than either of you! And out the door he goes!

The pastor looks at the boyscout and says, Son, you go on, take the parachute-

The boyscout says, No, no, pastor-

Yes, yes, I know where I am going, actually, I can not wait to get there, now, so you go, you have your whole life ahead of you-

But pastor, you do not understand-

No, please-

Pastor! The smartest man in the world just jumped out of the plane with my backpack!

Cute joke, I know, but....what s in your backpack? Is it something that looks like salvation and feels like salvation, but when it comes time for it to BE salvation, is it going to work? Did you pack your backpack yourself, or did God give you that backpack? Are you sure? Make sure you have a real parachute on when its time to leap from this world into death. The only type of parachute that works is the salvation given by the Lord Jesus Christ.

Some people have chutes that say Jesus was a good teacher. Or a prophet. Or just a good man. Some people have chutes that say there was never such a person! But, remember the words of the Savior:

Joh 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

What is Wicca all about...?

BASICS OF WICCA

Gerald B. Gardner (1884-1964). In 1949 Gardner wrote a book entitled, "High Magic's Aid". He wrote under his witchcraft name "Scire". This novel set the tone for the myth of Wicca. Notice Wicca is based on a fictional book. According to Little White Lie--

"Gardner claimed there were covens of witches in Britain practicing not an anti-Christian religion, but a "pre-Christian" religion. This, he claimed, was called Wicca...
"This he asserted, was the "Old Religion," an animistic worship of the principals of nature and reproduction; rather like a warmed-over rehash of Fraser's anthropological chestnut, THE GOLDEN BOUGH. The gods of this Old Religion were a supreme Mother Goddess who ruled the earth, the moon, the sea, and things agricultural. Her secret name (in his coven anyway) was ARAYDA. There was also a Horned God who ruled the sun and hunting, who was variously called Herne, Cernunnos or Pan.

"Thus, Wicca was not an attack on Christianity, but was supposedly a much older religion whose gods were old when Yahweh of the Bible was in knee pants. According to Gardner, witches worshipped naked (or "skyclad" as he preferred to call it) and were matriarchal..."

Many higher level witches understand that Wicca is a compilation of myths; nevertheless, like Carl Jung they perceive that myths have a life of their own and even if they are not literally true they still have an archetypal power all their own. So a lie can be the truth. But the Bible says--

"no lie is of the truth." I John 2:21

Lower level initiates believe everything they hear and read and will argue you all day long that Wicca is the "Old Religion". Back to Wicca: Satan's Little White Lie--

"It is now a matter of common knowledge that much of Gardner's story is fiction. Yet, most witches aren't bothered by that. Since the seventies, many witches wanted to be totally creative and make up their religion out of their heads--without trying to make any pretentious claims about having "unbroken lines of power" back to medieval "Kings" of the witches. Most Neo-pagan groups fall into this category. They are based on myths, fantasy or even science-fiction stories."
Christian, could you imagine basing your life on science-fiction? That is straight up vain imagination. My life based on fairy stories from unholy-wood? My life based on fairy stories and legends? Basing my life on fables? But you see the scriptures have come to pass--

And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 2 Timothy 4:4
Wicca didn't end with Gardner. Alex Sanders (aka "King of the Witches") came up with his own brand of Wicca but,

"By the early 70's there were dozens of traditions of Wicca; some splintered off Gardner or Sanders but most were totally original. There were ethnic witches like the Welsh Traditionalists (headed by a homosexual [sodomite], Ed Bucyzinksi), Georgian, Nordic, Sicilian Stregoi, Hispanic Brujeria and the Druidic Craft from Scotland, plus the contorverial but highly successful Church of Wicca of Gavin and Yvonne Frost. (p. 17)
"There are many differences between these dozens of groups. Some worked nude, others robed. Some whipped, most didn't. Some used ritual sex or even orgies, some abstained. A few common elements can be found, though, in all Wicca and Neo-Paganism:

A polytheistic world-view; usually a god/goddess pair.
A belief in "westernized" reincarnation (no moving backward to incarnate as animals, just moving forward to be reborn as humans)
A shamanic worldview similar to animism (the belief that all objects have life and souls) which includes strong ecological overtones and often an openness to some drugs.
Most are militantly feminist and politically left-wing, even anarchistic; although there are exceptions.
A "do your own thing" morality, as long as it doesn't "hurt anybody." This often included free sexual activity at least within the group.
An "Aquarian" view of human destiny--the seed bed from which was grown much of the New Age movement--the notion that persons can evolve spiritually through their own efforts and ultimately attain either enlightenment or even godhood.
It is easy to see that with values like this, Wicca took off like a rocket among the "hippie" generation... (p. 18-19)

Overview of the group: Wicca claims to be "a back to nature" type religion that worships the sky and earth. It is goddess worship. Some of 'em proudly tote bumper stickers that say, "In Goddess We Trust". Their chief deity is the Great Mother, "Holy Mother Earth". According to Mr. Schnoebelen, there is a certain charm and nostalgic fantasy to Wicca. Wicca transports folks from the high-tech world of today to cultures past, to fantasy, to science FICTION. In other words, they are toted away from REALITY.

"Add to this intriguing stew, Satan added such notions as ecology, environmental awareness and feminism." p. 19
WICCA TENETS

Wiccans say Jesus went through individuation, meaning He embraced His "dark side" (p. 34). Jesus ain't go no dark side! He knew no sin (2 Corinthians 5:21)
Wicca has many denominations/sects/traditions. Some are large like the Alexandrian, Gardnerian, Druidic, Welsh Traditionalist, Georgian, Dianic, and Church of Wicca. Others are as small as a single coven of 13 or family tradition.
Satan is a Christian myth.
Wiccans say Wicca means "wise one". Mr. Schnoebelen states that the Oxford English Dictionary defines Wicca as, "twisted, bent, or warped". Wiccan writers admit this on some level (p. 12-13). To this writer, Wicca means "wicked"!
Satanism is just a perversion of Christianity whereas Wicca is an older, purer faith which stood on its own merits.
Neo-pagan writer Tim ("Otter") Zell says it is an "old religion for a new age". A generation that throws off the God of the Bible is deceived enough to embrace a lie that fits in with their lusts, earth worship, spiritual voids, love of science FICTION, romanticism, and adopted legends. In other words, anything that feeds their flesh and don't mean nothing. Vain imagination is the name of the game for the duped.
Non-witches are "cowans".
Many Wiccans start out refusing to do any magick which would influence people against their wills. This oftentimes don't last long.
The Wiccan Rede, is "an it harm none, do what ye will". It is perilously close to the Crowley's (a Satanist) commandment, "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law."
WICCA RITES

they think their rites benefit humanity and the earth. Performed to nature deities like Pan, Diana, Cernunnos.
performed rites of passage and initiation--Mr. Schnoebelen stood blindfolded, naked and bound at the edge of the Circle "which is placed between the worlds". He was anointed as a Priest of the Goddess and learned her secret name. "She is supposedly the One 'who was with me from the beginning, and who was attained at the end of desire.'"
For those who would progress further in Wicca they get into a relationship with the Lord of the Underworld, the Dark Lord of Death. This Dark Lord of Death is the darker aspect of Cernunnos or Lucifer, the Horned God of Wicca. Read "Wicca: Satan's Little White Lie" for more information on the rite of "The Descent of the Goddess into the Underworld". Learn about the necklace, eternal marrige, and reincarnation in Wicca.
As the Wiccan progresses, he is told to essentially embrace the dark side of his nature (the Bible calls it sin) just like the goddess went down to the Lord of Death. Miriam Starhawk, a leading thinker of the Wicca movement wrote,
"The depths of our beings are not all sunlit; to see clearly we must be able to dive into the dark, inner abyss and Acknowledge the creatures we may find there. p. 31
What kinda creatures are you going to find there Starhawk (always coming up with some silly names)? I'll tell you what kind--DEVILS! She knows that, but she won't call 'em by name, but I will. DEVILS!

Satan is a Biblical myth, and a slander on the true god of light, Lucifer p. 38
They totally disrespect the God of the Bible. p. 38-39 Sickos ?add scripture
With the institutionaliation of "Christianity" in the fourth century (Catholicism, I suppose) all the true secrets of Jesus (say He was a witch with a coven of 12 apostles--blasphemy) had been destroyed and that the true, older religion of Wicca had been driven underground.
Lucifer (often known as Bel, Lugh, Herne, Faunus, Pan or Cernunnos) was the true God and that Satan was a boogy-man manufactured by Christians.
In Wicca: Satan's Little White Lie, read more about--
bathing in ice cold stream and celebrating the March equinox naked under the stars p.7
dancin' around naked under the moon.
wild circle dances
burning frankincense
circle ceremonies
sabbats
ceremonial magick
qabalism
Gardner's Wiccans--
dancing naked in a ring within a magick circle
ritual sex on solemn occasions
whip one another ceremonially to purify and raise the power.
Read "White Lie" for yourself and learn about the relationship between the leaders of Wicca (Gardener and Sanders) and Aleister Crowley this century's most infamous SATANIST. Crowley proclaimed himself the wickedest man in the world and Mega Therion, the Great Beast. For the importance of the Grail legend to the deceived Wiccan, see p. 235 of Lucifer Dethroned also by William Schnoebelen.

So is a witches brew all about the craft...?
Where does the idea of a witches cauldron come from anyways...?

Obviously Lucifer has been booted from Heaven, Lucifer meaning "light-bringer" explains this verse written by the Apostle Paul in (CO2 11:14).

Kind of like watching a fight on TV and you see a Boxer get knocked out and fall down so hard that you kinda are saying to yourself stay down but his pride is so great he would rather get hit again and suffer possible death.
